We render your pool in your backyard: shape, finish color, tile, coping, deck, and landscaping together. Review material samples and revise until the design is exactly right.
- Phase 3
Permitting & HOA submissions
We prepare and submit structural drawings, site plans, and equipment specs to your city or county, and manage the full HOA approval package. You don't chase a single office.
- Phase 4
Excavation & steel
Layout, dewatering as required, excavation, and engineered rebar cage — the foundation of a shell that lasts in South Florida soil.
- Phase 5
Gunite shell, plumbing & equipment
Shell shot and cured by our in-house crew, followed by plumbing runs, electrical, and equipment set to spec.
- Phase 6
Tile, coping, deck & finish
